All software programs available on this site are standalone client utility applications. Purchasing a license key grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and run the application on one physical computer lock (locked via Hardware ID - HWID).
You agree to use our desktop utility tools solely for legal, personal, or commercial media management and archiving purposes as permitted by the respective platforms' terms of service. You are solely responsible for the content you scrape or download and must respect copyright laws.
If you change your computer hardware or upgrade your operating system, your HWID may change. You may reset your license key using the Reset Key panel on our website. Key resets are subject to rate limiting to prevent unauthorized sharing of keys.
Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate license key delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been generated and emailed to you. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
NavCreator software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, suspension of third-party platform accounts, or technical issues arising from the use of our applications.
